Event Coverage
We specialize in covering on-the-water action in still and motion media with print and media coordination shore side. By combining our expertise, our photographers and videographer will catch all the excitement and action of the event from the water, from the air and even on board the boats without missing a beat. If the dockside and clubhouse events are important for your project, we will cover those too. Our services are completely customized depending on your specific needs. You can choose from a variety of services that include:

Lightning Fast Processing and Uploads
We pass the imagery off at dockside for immediate editing and upload by our staff and quickly return to the water to continue our uninterrupted coverage. Images and video are uploaded and sent to clients and media while the race is in progress!

Images, Video and Interviews
At days end, we provide a photographer and videographer to capture headshots and our PR staff will conduct interviews at the dock while our other staff are uploading shots for a slide show for sailors/participants and VIP guests.

Communications Support
Our experienced writer and media specialist is available to support communications and manage on-shore operations.

Pre-regatta Publicity
Marine Media Alliance’s communication support staff seeks to meet specific client needs. Pre-regatta publicity is available in the form of press releases and other material to develop strong media interest.

Event Media Management
During the regatta, individualized daily race reports are available for clients, posting to corporate blogs/websites or sent to specific media identified by the client. Daily reports may include interviews with key team members, short commentary by the skipper and daily results. Further interest might be gathered from spectators’ views on the regatta. MMA seeks to identify the individual needs of the client and make them available in a professional and timely manner.

VIP Services
We also make available professional sailors to join your guests on board a VIP boat, to provide an overview of what is happening out on the water and really interpret the action for the non-sailors. This service may also be provided prior to the guests leaving the dock, perhaps over breakfast, so that they can learn more about sailboat racing during their time on board.
